# PebblePost

> Learn how to set up PebblePost direct mail integration with Rockerbox

## Setup Process

1. Enable the PebblePost integration on the [Advertising Platforms](https://app.rockerbox.com/v3/data/marketing/advertising_platforms/connect) page in your Rockerbox account
2. Contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) with the launch date and the [tier structure](https://help.rockerbox.com/article/obce43haen-1-hierarchy-mappings) you'd like applied
3. Contact PebblePost and request they schedule automated reporting to Rockerbox following the requirements below

## Log File Delivery

PebblePost delivers log files to Rockerbox via S3.

* Contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) for S3 endpoint details
* File delivery should be automated
* Files should include all mail recipients and should **not** include holdouts

**Required Columns** (must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing):

## Important Notes

There is an expected variance between PebblePost-reported conversions and Rockerbox-tracked touchpoints due to differences in how the address matchbacks are conducted. Variances of up to 20% are considered normal.

## Verification

After setup:

1. Confirm files are being delivered to the correct S3 endpoint
2. Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
3. Contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) for QA assistance
