# SeQuel DM

> Learn how to set up SeQuel DM direct mail integration with Rockerbox

## Overview

SeQuel DM is a direct marketing agency specializing in direct mail campaigns. Rockerbox integrates with SeQuel DM through server-to-server log files to track campaign performance and automate spend reporting.

## Tracking Method

**Server-to-server log files**: Rockerbox receives user-level log files from SeQuel DM for direct mail touchpoint tracking via address matchback attribution.

## Setup Process

### 1. Enable the Integration

1. Visit the [Advertising Platforms](https://app.rockerbox.com/v3/data/marketing/advertising_platforms/connect) page in your Rockerbox account
2. Find SeQuel DM in the list of platforms
3. Click "Connect" to enable the integration
4. If this is a new channel launch or your plan doesn't include this channel, you may be prompted to contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com)

### 2. Configure File Delivery

Contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) to obtain:

* File delivery endpoint details (SFTP or S3)
* Required file format specifications
* Campaign configuration requirements

### 3. Request Automated Reporting from SeQuel DM

Contact your SeQuel DM representative to schedule automated file delivery to Rockerbox. Your Rockerbox support contact will provide the specific requirements for:

* File delivery schedule
* Required data columns
* Endpoint credentials

### 4. Configure Campaign Settings

Contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) with:

* Channel name (SeQuel DM)
* Launch date
* Desired [tier structure](https://help.rockerbox.com/article/obce43haen-1-hierarchy-mappings) for this marketing activity

## Verification

After setup:

1. Confirm SeQuel DM is sending automated files to the Rockerbox endpoint
2. Verify files contain all required columns per Rockerbox specifications
3. Check that touchpoints are appearing in Rockerbox reporting
