# Share Local Media (SLM)

> Learn how to set up Share Local Media direct mail integration with Rockerbox

## Overview

Rockerbox integrates with Share Local Media to track direct mail touchpoints using address matchback. This integration requires advertisers to manually upload reporting from SLM to Rockerbox, as direct data sharing is not currently supported.

## Setup Process

1. Contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) with the launch date and the [tier structure](https://help.rockerbox.com/article/obce43haen-1-hierarchy-mappings) you'd like applied
2. Rockerbox will provide SFTP endpoint details for file uploads
3. Request that your SLM account manager begin providing files that meet the requirements below

## Log File Delivery

SLM typically delivers files via a shared Box folder when the mail file is available for an upcoming drop. You must then upload the files to the Rockerbox SFTP endpoint.

* Rockerbox will provide SFTP endpoint details for file delivery
* Files must be delivered to Rockerbox **before the in-home date** to ensure touchpoints are created correctly
* Files should **exclude holdouts** by default to avoid over-attributing conversions to the holdout group

**Required Columns** (must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing):

## Verification

After setup:

1. Confirm files are uploaded to the correct SFTP endpoint before the in-home date
2. Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
