# ID Media

## Overview

Rockerbox has an existing integration with ID Media where we receive user-level log files to attribute Linear TV touchpoints to conversions.

## Tracking Method

Server-to-server log files via SFTP:

* Automated log delivery
* User-level data
* Campaign and creative details

## Setup Instructions

1. Enable the ID Media integration in your Rockerbox account
   * Go to the [Advertising Platforms](https://app.rockerbox.com/v3/data/marketing/advertising_platforms/connect) page
   * Find ID Media and click "Connect"
   * This will create an SFTP endpoint for file delivery
2. Contact your Rockerbox representative to obtain endpoint details
3. Have ID Media configure their platform reporting to send files to your Rockerbox endpoint

## File Delivery Requirements

All files must align with the [standard report delivery requirements](https://help.rockerbox.com/article/sqo1zc3eot-report-delivery-requirements):

1. Files should be delivered via SFTP to the endpoint created during setup
2. Reports must contain the columns exactly as noted below
3. Column names must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing

## Required Columns

* timestamp
* network\_code
* network\_name
* inventory
* media\_outlet\_type
* feed\_type
* isci
* ad\_name
* tape\_length
* spend

## Verification

After setup:

1. Confirm files are being delivered to the correct SFTP endpoint
2. Verify data appears in your Rockerbox dashboard
3. Check that spend amounts match your ID Media reporting
