# Fairing (formerly Enquire Labs)

> Learn how to set up the Fairing post-purchase survey integration with Rockerbox

## Overview

If you use Fairing to ask customers how they heard about your company, you can map these responses in Rockerbox to attribute additional touchpoints back to marketing.

<Warning>The Rockerbox Fairing integration is currently only compatible with companies using Shopify.</Warning>

The Rockerbox Fairing integration is a server-side integration that does not rely on on-site pixels. You will need access to Fairing's API and be able to access their API credentials to configure this in Rockerbox.

## Setup Process

### 1. Locate Your Fairing API Credentials

You can view your API keys in your Fairing dashboard under the **Account** tab. Reach out to Fairing if you do not see the API Keys section in your account page.

### 2. Connect Fairing in Rockerbox

1. Go to the [Integrations](https://app.rockerbox.com/v3/data/marketing/advertising_platforms/connect) page in your Rockerbox account
2. Find **Fairing** in the integrations list and click **Connect**

3. Enter the **Publishable Key** and **Secret Token** from Fairing's API credentials page
4. Click **Connect**

### 3. Complete Setup

Once you have connected Fairing, contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) to complete the setup process. The team will configure response mapping for your survey questions.

## Verification

After setup:

1. Confirm survey responses are flowing into Rockerbox
2. Verify response mapping is working correctly
3. Contact [support@rockerbox.com](mailto:support@rockerbox.com) for QA assistance
