Setup Process

  1. Enable the Belardi Wong integration on the Advertising Platforms page in your Rockerbox account
  2. Contact support@rockerbox.com with the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
  3. Contact Belardi Wong and request they schedule automated reporting to Rockerbox following the requirements below

Log File Delivery

Belardi Wong sends two separate reports to Rockerbox, each with its own endpoint:
  • Log files are sent to an SFTP endpoint
  • Spend files are sent to an email endpoint
Contact support@rockerbox.com for endpoint details.
  • Files should be sent before each drop as soon as they are ready
  • Log files should include all mail recipients and should not include holdouts

Verification

After setup:
  1. Confirm log files are being delivered to the SFTP endpoint
  2. Confirm spend files are being delivered to the email endpoint
  3. Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
  4. Contact support@rockerbox.com for QA assistance
