Overview

Belardi Wong is a direct mail marketing platform that enables advertisers to reach customers through targeted mail campaigns. Rockerbox integrates with Belardi Wong to track direct mail touchpoints and spend through address matchback methodology.

Setup Instructions

  1. Enable the Belardi Wong integration in your Rockerbox account
    • You may be prompted to contact support if this is a net-new launch
    • Or if your current plan doesn’t include tracking for this channel
  2. Reach out to Belardi Wong to set up automated reporting that follows these requirements:
    • Files should be sent before each drop as soon as they are ready
    • Log files should include all mail recipients (do not include holdouts)
  3. Two separate reports are required, each with their own endpoint:
    • Log Files: Sent to SFTP endpoint
    • Spend Files: Sent to email endpoint
    • Find endpoint details under Data > Advertising Platforms > Belardi Wong tile > “Instructions”

Report Requirements

All files must align with the standard report delivery requirements.

Log File (Address File) Requirements

Reports must contain these columns exactly as shown, including capitalization & spacing:
  • STREET_1
  • STREET_2
  • CITY
  • STATE
  • ZIP
  • COUNTRY
  • MAIL_DATE
  • IN_HOME_DATE
  • CAMPAIGN
  • CREATIVE

Spend File Requirements

Verification

After setup:
  1. Confirm files are being delivered to the correct endpoints
  2. Verify data appears in your Rockerbox dashboard
  3. Check that spend amounts match your Belardi Wong reporting
