Setup Process

1. Enable the Postie integration on the Advertising Platforms page in your Rockerbox account
2. Contact support@rockerbox.com with the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
3. Contact Postie and request they schedule automated reporting to Rockerbox following the requirements below

Log File Delivery

• Contact support@rockerbox.com for S3 endpoint details
• Files should be sent for each drop as soon as they are ready (typically a few days after the in-home date)
• Files should include all mail recipients and should not include holdouts
