Enable the PebblePost integration on the Advertising Platforms page in your Rockerbox account
Contact support@rockerbox.com with the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
Contact PebblePost and request they schedule automated reporting to Rockerbox following the requirements below

Log File Delivery

PebblePost delivers log files to Rockerbox via S3.

Contact support@rockerbox.com for S3 endpoint details
File delivery should be automated
Files should include all mail recipients and should not include holdouts

Required Columns (must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing):

Send_address_hash
flight_id
flight_name
creative_id
creative_name
campaign_id
campaign_name
strategy_id
strategy_name
inhome_date
brand_name
cost_per_piece

Important Notes

There is an expected variance between PebblePost-reported conversions and Rockerbox-tracked touchpoints due to differences in how the address matchbacks are conducted. Variances of up to 20% are considered normal.

Verification

After setup:

Confirm files are being delivered to the correct S3 endpoint
Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
Contact support@rockerbox.com for QA assistance
