Setup Process

Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration. Let the team know the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
In Rockerbox, navigate to the Advertising Platforms page and enable the MMSI integration. This creates an S3 endpoint for receiving log files
Contact your Rockerbox representative for endpoint details
MMSI will set up reporting to the Rockerbox endpoint. Setup takes approximately 2 weeks

Log File Delivery

MMSI delivers log files to Rockerbox via S3 on two schedules. Rockerbox will provide S3 endpoint details for file delivery. Prelog Deliveries (Monday through Friday)

Delivered between 10 AM and 12 PM PT
Contains the prior day’s ad spots
Monday deliveries include Friday, Saturday and Sunday spots

Postlog Deliveries (Thursdays)

Delivered between 10 AM and 12 PM PT
Contains the prior week’s ad spots (e.g. a December 10 delivery includes November 30 through December 6 data)

Verification

After setup:

Confirm prelog and postlog files are being delivered on schedule
