Setup Process

1. Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration. Let the team know the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
2. In Rockerbox, navigate to the Advertising Platforms page and enable the Comcast integration. This creates an SFTP endpoint for receiving log files
3. Contact your Rockerbox representative for endpoint details
4. Comcast will set up reporting within their platform to send files to the Rockerbox endpoint

Log File Delivery

• Rockerbox will provide SFTP endpoint details for file delivery
• Files should be sent on a daily cadence
• Each file should contain the previous day of data

Verification

2. Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
