Setup Process

  1. Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration. Let the team know the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
  2. Rockerbox will provide S3 endpoints for log file delivery. Linear and OTT files must be sent to separate endpoints
  3. BPM will configure automated reporting to send files to the endpoints
  4. For Hulu OTT campaigns, apply the impression pixel to all active ads (see OTT Hulu section below)

OTT (Hulu)

For OTT campaigns running on Hulu, apply the impression pixel to all active ads.

Impression Pixel

Note: [SOURCE] is a hardcoded value that must be obtained from Rockerbox — it’s your company’s pixel_source_name.
These parameter values use macros and do not need to be manually replaced. Their values will be dynamically filled by the platform when the ad is served.

OTT (Log Files)

BPM delivers daily log-level files to Rockerbox via S3.
  • Files should be sent on a daily cadence
  • Each file should contain the previous day of data
Required Columns (must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing):

Linear TV

BPM delivers weekly log files to a separate S3 endpoint from OTT.
  • Contact your Rockerbox representative to set up an S3 endpoint for Linear TV log files
  • Linear and OTT files must be sent to separate endpoints
  • Files should be sent on a weekly cadence
  • Each file should contain the previous 7 days of data
Required Columns (must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing):

Verification

After setup:
  1. Confirm files are being delivered to the correct endpoints (separate for OTT and Linear)
  2. Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
  3. Contact support@rockerbox.com for QA assistance
