Overview
Rockerbox has an existing integration with ID Media where we receive user-level log files to attribute Linear TV touchpoints to conversions.Tracking Method
Server-to-server log files via SFTP:- Automated log delivery
- User-level data
- Campaign and creative details
Setup Instructions
- Enable the ID Media integration in your Rockerbox account
- Go to the Advertising Platforms page
- Find ID Media and click “Connect”
- This will create an SFTP endpoint for file delivery
- Contact your Rockerbox representative to obtain endpoint details
- Have ID Media configure their platform reporting to send files to your Rockerbox endpoint
File Delivery Requirements
All files must align with the standard report delivery requirements:- Files should be delivered via SFTP to the endpoint created during setup
- Reports must contain the columns exactly as noted below
- Column names must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing

- timestamp
- network_code
- network_name
- inventory
- media_outlet_type
- feed_type
- isci
- ad_name
- tape_length
- spend
Verification
After setup:- Confirm files are being delivered to the correct SFTP endpoint
- Verify data appears in your Rockerbox dashboard
- Check that spend amounts match your ID Media reporting
