Setup Process

1. Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration. Let the team know the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
2. In Rockerbox, navigate to the Advertising Platforms page and enable the Marketing Architects integration. This creates an email endpoint for receiving log files
3. Contact your Rockerbox representative for endpoint details
4. Marketing Architects will set up reporting within their platform to send files to the Rockerbox endpoint

Log File Delivery

• Rockerbox will provide email endpoint details for file delivery
• Files should be sent on a weekly cadence
• Each file should contain the previous 7 days of data

Verification

1. Confirm files are being delivered to the correct email endpoint
2. Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
