Setup Process

Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration. Let the team know the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied
Set up batch spend reporting (see Batch Spend below)

Weekly reporting must be sent manually from the Apple Search Ads platform. Apple does not send spend files directly.

Contact support@rockerbox.com for your email endpoint
Build a custom report in Apple Search Ads following Apple’s instructions
Send reporting weekly (or more frequently). Example: reporting from the past 7 days sent each Monday
You must manually add a Currency column before sending to Rockerbox

Currency must be in ISO-4217 format using the currency code (e.g. USD, EUR).

Required Columns (must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing):
