Overview

Rockerbox has an existing integration with TargetSpot where we receive user-level log files. This allows Rockerbox to attribute these touchpoints to conversions. TargetSpot is unable to send log files for any historical data. They are only able to send the previous 1 day of data.

Setup Process

  1. Enable the TargetSpot integration on the Advertising Platforms page. This will create an SFTP endpoint for log file delivery
  2. Contact your Rockerbox representative for endpoint details
  3. Contact support@rockerbox.com with the launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied

Log File Delivery

TargetSpot delivers log files to Rockerbox via SFTP.
  • Rockerbox will provide SFTP endpoint details for file delivery
  • Files should be sent on a daily cadence
  • Each file should contain the previous 1 day of data
Required Columns (must match exactly, including capitalization and spacing):

Verification

After setup:
  1. Confirm log files are being delivered to the SFTP endpoint
  2. Verify data appears in Rockerbox dashboard
  3. Contact support@rockerbox.com for QA assistance
