Overview

Setup Process

1. Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration. Let the team know your launch date and the tier structure you’d like applied. Rockerbox will provide SFTP endpoint information
2. Apply Rockerbox tracking parameters to all affiliate links (see Click Tracking below)
3. Set up automated daily spend reporting from Ascend to Rockerbox (see Batch Spend below)
4. The day after launch, confirm tracking is applied on the Advertising Platforms page

Click Tracking

1. In Ascend, navigate to the Generic Creative page
2. Add the Rockerbox parameters to your destination URL parameters and save. Keep your existing &clickId={clid} parameter

Batch Spend

• Files should be sent on a daily cadence
• Each file should contain the previous 1 day of spend data
• Date and spend should be oriented against the date the transaction was processed, not the date of the purchase
• Files should be in .csv format
