Overview

Ascend™ by Partnerize is an affiliate marketing platform that enables advertisers to track and manage partnerships with publishers. Rockerbox integrates with Ascend™ to track affiliate marketing touchpoints and spend.

Setup Instructions

  1. Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the Ascend™ integration
    • Rockerbox will provide SFTP endpoint information and password
  2. Contact Ascend™ at ascend.support@partnerize.com
    • Provide them with the SFTP endpoint details and password
    • Request automated daily spend file delivery in CSV format
  3. To track clicks, apply the following UTM parameters to your landing pages:
    • utm_source = pepperjam or utm_medium = pepperjam
    • utm_campaign
    • utm_term

Report Requirements

All spend reports must align with the standard report delivery requirements:
  1. Files should be sent on a daily cadence
  2. Each file should contain the previous day’s data
  3. Date and spend should be oriented against the date the transaction was processed (vs the date of the purchase)
  4. Files should be in CSV format
  5. Reports must contain the columns exactly as noted below, including capitalization & spacing

Required Report Fields

  • Event Date
  • Campaign ID
  • Campaign Name
  • Line Item ID
  • Line Item Name
  • Creative ID
  • Creative Name

Verification

After setup:
  1. Confirm daily files are being delivered to the SFTP endpoint
  2. Verify spend data appears in your Rockerbox dashboard
  3. Check that spend amounts match your Ascend™ reporting
