Overview

Tatari provides OTT/CTV advertising solutions that enable advertisers to reach audiences through streaming video campaigns. Rockerbox integrates with Tatari to track streaming video touchpoints and spend through automated reporting.

Tracking Method

This integration uses server-side logs sent directly from Tatari to Rockerbox:
  • User-level impression data with detailed event information (impression_datetime, creative_code, event_type)
  • Daily campaign-level spend data in separate files
  • No impression pixel implementation is required

Setup Instructions

  1. Enable the Tatari integration in your Rockerbox account
    • Contact support@rockerbox.com to enable the integration
    • Let them know the launch date and tier structure
  2. Rockerbox will provide two endpoints:
    • One for marketing events
    • One for spend data
  3. Work with Tatari to:
    • Schedule reports that meet the requirements below
    • Configure proper file delivery to both Rockerbox endpoints
    • Ensure all required fields are included in reports

Report Requirements

All files must align with the standard report delivery requirements:
  1. Files should be sent on a daily cadence
  2. Each file should contain the previous day’s data
  3. Files must be delivered to the designated endpoints
    • Find endpoint details under Data > Advertising Platforms > Tatari tile > “Instructions”

Required Fields - Log Files

Reports must contain these columns exactly as shown, including capitalization & spacing:
  • tatari_id
  • impression_datetime
  • creative_code
  • event_type
  • platform
  • campaign_id

Required Fields - Spend Files

Reports must contain these columns exactly as shown, including capitalization & spacing:
  • Date
  • Campaign ID
  • Campaign Name
  • Creative ID
  • Creative Name
  • Platform
  • Spend

Verification

After setup:
  1. Confirm files are being delivered to both endpoints
  2. Verify data appears in your Rockerbox dashboard
  3. Check that spend amounts match your Tatari reporting
