Overview

Impact.com is an affiliate marketing platform that enables advertisers to track and manage partnerships with publishers. Rockerbox integrates with Impact.com to track affiliate marketing touchpoints and spend.

Setup Instructions

  1. Enable the Impact integration in your Rockerbox account
  2. Configure your Impact account to send reports:
    • Navigate to the Advanced Action Listing Report
    • Modify view settings:
      • Select “YESTERDAY” in the date filter
      • Under “Show” filter, select “AD”
      • Click the magnifying glass to apply filters
      • Click save and name your report “Rockerbox spend”
  3. Schedule report delivery:
    • Click the envelope icon in the top right
    • Select “Schedule Delivery” and choose “Daily”
    • Select CSV file format
    • Choose “Partner FTP” delivery method
    • Enter your SFTP details (provided by Rockerbox)
    • Update Server URL from ftp:// to sftp://
    • Click “Schedule and Send”

Report Requirements

All spend reports must align with the standard report delivery requirements:
  1. Files should be sent on a daily cadence
  2. Each file should contain the previous day’s data
  3. Reports must contain the required columns (automatically included when using the Advanced Action Listing Report template)

Required Report Fields

The report will automatically include the necessary columns when using the Advanced Action Listing Report template.

Verification

After setup:
  1. Confirm daily files are being delivered to the SFTP endpoint
  2. Verify spend data appears in your Rockerbox dashboard
  3. Check that spend amounts match your Impact reporting
